A photo posted by Facebook user Nur Sheila Abdullah about her bed-ridden sister travelling by ambulance to appear in person at the EPF office.
The apology came after a criticism on social media following a Facebook posting by a user known as Nur Sheila Abdullah. Sheila had also alleged that security officers at the Johor Bahru chased her sister’s rented ambulance to the back of the building because of their difficulty in dropping her off at the front.
I suggest a short video of the incident should be make available for all of us to watch as a lesson to all Malaysian particularly to those who deal with service industry so that these type of incidences would not recurring in the future.
EPF needs to be more humane.. Show more caring to rakyat. Remember EPF is rakyat hardearned money..Go an extra miles to service helpless rakyat..
Hope disciplinary action can be taken against the culprit
EPF kena ikut servis sykt insuran. Hntr officer claim atau agen utk urusan sign form claim. Skrg ni pn ada bank yg bg servis mcm sykt insuran. Terutama utk warga emas yg terlantar sakit kt rumah. Prihatin la sikit kpd customer, SOCSO pn blh hntr officer. Xkan EPF xblh?
Sop regulation made by human it is avoidable, look seem unprofessional enough 😜
Well done KWSPMalaysia for ur swift action to apologize. That should be the way.
Bad aftertaste...
Useless EPF! This is how they work ..stupid!
Thanks epf for treating your countrymen so 'nice'. U all know what is shameful?
Thanks EPF. There will always be EPF staff who will insist contributors to come over though they may be terminally ill. So I have decided to run an ambulance service specially for EPF contributors. My flyers are in printing now.
There must be retraining of the kwsp staff if indeed there was a procedural error. If there are no specific procedures dealing with these situations, then the management needs to incorporate a solution. Saying sorry doesn't change anything.
Such an incident shouldn’t have happened in the first place. EPF should have thought of such matters & have procedures in place to address such cases. They failed in this respect. Sleeping on the job?
Such is the Govt run around if you are familiar with....
Apologies? Fine..but were they not trained to handle case professionally? chedetofficial NajibRazak kerajaansepenggal
Its too late to say sorry.. Pekerja gov bahagian kaunter mmg kerek semacam. Mmg padan la muka.
Poor patient haizz... this seriously need attention from ministry level. Why forcing a patient to come? Mangos!
