Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah said the idea to issue the card centred on safeguarding the welfare, interests and well-being of senior citizens.
“We will continue to engage with the vendors and welcome more of their participation statewide,” she said at the Baitulmakmur building, here, today. Fatimah said it was high time for Sarawak to come up with more initiatives to assist and support senior citizens.
