A NEW Orleans man has been arrested after posing as his nonexistent disabled brother as a means of tricking healthcare workers into changing his adult diaper, police claim.

According to Louisiana State Police, the 29-year-old would then pose as "Cory" as a way of getting his adult diaper changed – a process that Deas used to "obtain sexual arousal.
"After providing home care on at least ten separate occasions, the victim became increasingly suspicious of Deas' behavior and subsequently discovered 'Cory' was actually Rutledge 'Rory' Deas posing as his fictitious handicapped brother." Police had appealed for any additional information, urging anyone suspected of being a victim of Deas to contact Louisiana State Police Detectives at 310-7000.
