Exercising regularly could decrease inflammation and help protect against heart disease, study suggests

Researchers split mice into two groups, one that didn't have treadmills in cages and one that did have treadmills. The mice that exercised regularly had lower levels of cells that can turn into white blood cells, which increases inflammation.
