Michael Gove appeared on Sky News this morning and found himself admitting that he and health secretary Matt Hancock have placed a bet on Brexit happening by 31 October, as per Boris Johnson's plan.

Presumably he was trying to prove how much he believes in the prime minister, but it spectacularly backfired.

What an utterly revolting pair.

These are the same people who facilitated the wholesale transfer of British industry and infrastructure through privatisations into foreign ownership,?In the name of Market Forces. Will their repatriation be included in the control we take back?Didn’t see it on the Bus?

It just shows what self centred c****s they are. Country? Party? Nah it’s all about me!

Speak for yourselves, millions of Brits have struck similar bets.

Betsit.

I always thought Matt was not very bright, but thought Michael Gove at least had 'low animal cunning' . Please god give us some serious and competent politicians.
