After her own battles with mental illness, Robyn Cruze and her family packed up their home, moved into a bus, and are traversing the length and breadth of the United States on a mission to end the stigma around mental illness.

Ms Cruze said, "we have so much stigma throughout the world when we talk about mental illness and addiction and it's really important that we break that barrier". Mental Health Awareness month is bringing the growing issue of mental health problems to the fore. Research shows the most effective recovery for people with mental illness is connecting with others.
