I sit 8 hours a day Monday through Friday. Job is too busy to be walking around. I don’t even take a lunch break. Exercising in the evening won’t help?

With over technology and distractions after work plus junk food..we have become a sedentary obese 🇺🇸🤷‍♀️

Usual care has the same negative effect on health. It is mediated by iatrogenic high insulin levels through medicalization, failure to and the choise not to explain carbohydrate metabolism and the effect on it of physical activity immediately after eating, slow and fast carbs.
