Rite Aid Corp. appointed Heyward Donigan as chief executive, saying her experience leading health-care companies would help the pharmacy chain confront competition that has hurt sales and prompted job cuts.

Layoffs is normal in today's economy. Trump wants to stop unemployed people from receiving the little unemployment compensation by administering drug tests. I do not know when some people are going to realize that Trump is in office to hurt them.
