Great! I started walking home from work (leaving the car at the office) twice a week since the 1st of June 2020. It takes me 1:45mins of brisk walk from Oshodi to Ikeja. Always sleep like a baby thereafter. Ordinarily, it's a 15min drive on a good day & 2- 3hour on a bad day.

Almost 2 hrs at the gym today. 1 hr on treadmill, half hr bike riding, 1 hr with weights. I'm exhausted but I feel great 😊

I am starting this challenge tomorrow.

I try to walk at least 25-35 minutes everyday. I have a tracker app on my phone....that tells me how many steps I have taken each day-week.
