Notorious serial killer Ivan Milat has refused to speak on a series of unsolved murders as he begins chemotherapy this week.
New South Wales detectives have reportedly visited Milat at least twice since he was moved to Sydney's Long Bay prison hospital. Milat was transferred from Goulburn's Supermax prison to receive medical treatment after being diagnosed with cancer this year. He insists he had nothing to do with the unsolved murders.
