‘Whether your instructor checks in with you before each class can indicate how competent an instructor she,’ says Joanna. ‘I ask all my clients to complete abefore attending any classes, which is designed specifically for people who are pregnant. This way, I can pick up on everybody’s problems before they start coming to class.’
