The Niger Delta Development Commission , has unveiled plans to carry out free medical services to tackle health challenges among people of the region.
The statement revealed that a memorandum of understanding has been signed with an Oncology Centre in Cross River state to this effect.Brambaifa also assured that the intervention agency under his watch is committed to the infrastructural and human capital development of the oil region and its populace.
“Job creation is key to wealth creation in the region and empowering the teeming Niger Delta populace with the right skills set, which will lead to reduction in the poverty index of the region,” he stated.
