Her sibling Hanna Thompson had spotted a lump in her right breast beforehand. She was breastfeeding her baby son at the time, and initially dismissed it as a blocked milk duct. Hanna added: ‘We’re like the super special identical twins and we’re clearly taking that way too far.’
