The actress found she carries an inherited genetic fault that increases her chance of developing cancer."We always talk about the Angelina Jolie effect in ladies becoming more proactive in looking out for breast cancer in themselves, but it's got a lot to do with education and women examining themselves."

He said of the breast cancer cases, women under 50 make up about 20 per cent and experience a different range of challenges.
