PETALING JAYA: Operations at the Sungai Selangor and Rantau Panjang water treatment plants, which were shut down due to odour pollution, has fully resumed at 7am on Saturday (July 20).

According to Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd , the process of channeling the water to the distribution system and service ponds in the affected areas was being carried out in stages.

Syabas says they have activated 16 local service centres and 17 public water taps from 9am onwards to distribute water to those affected.
