“We can only pray for her safety and or recovery from whatever illness that she is presently suffering [from],” Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo said during a Palace news conference.

The President’s daughter is expected to skip the fourth State of the Nation Address on Monday due to a medical leave. She reportedly went on medical leave for 60 days due to a gynecological condition.
While hoping for Mayor Sara’s good health, Panelo said she might undergo a regular medical check-up. “Kung meron mang sakit ‘di, we will have to pray for her,” she said.
