Parramatta Council have measured the noise from outside the two properties and deemed the level of sound isn’t a nuisance.
Glenn Leembruggen did tests on the noise coming from the air conditioner and found it was 16 decibels when the legal limit is five. “It’s not something like loud music, it’s very loud. The noise is actually causing headaches,” Mr Huang said. “We work for both sides of the camp, and our job is just to tell the truth, do the measurements correctly and provide advice on what should be done,” Mr Leemburgen told A Current Affair.
