“I’m angry, and you should be too,” Stewart said Tuesday. Over the course of his passionate speech, he lambasted lawmakers for their “rank hypocrisy” regarding the situation. “Your indifference cost these men and women their most valuable commodity: time,” he said. “It’s the one thing they’re running out of. This hearing should be flipped.
During his own testimony, Alvarez revealed that he was one day away from undergoing his 69th round of chemotherapy. “I should not be here with you, but you made me come,” he said. “I will not stand by and watch as my friends with cancer from 9/11, like me, are valued less than anyone else because when they get sick, they die. I have been lucky enough to have 68 rounds of chemo—yeah, you heard me right, 68 rounds. Many others haven’t had the opportunities to have five. And some have had none.
Very Sad
Jon Stewart you cant embarrass the Republicans they have a stain already.. It’s called the Trump party...
WAY TO GO JON !! LOVE YOU AND ALL YOU DO FOR OUR VETS AND F. R.'s. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
People are 'sick and dying' on the border, too. As long as Congress' help might improve the odds of Trump getting 1% credit, Congress will keep up the resistance at any cost. Sadly, that means 9-11 victims and migrants at the Southern border, alike. Had enough? VoteOutCongress

Why are the first always last. Its a Shame
Americans are into culling the herd, using lack of a universal medical plan to do it. It’s barbaric, but many seem to lack the morals to change that and figure oh well, survival of the fittest! Esp. those with the ability to pay. Funny dat.
Thank you to Jon Stewart for speaking out for 911 victims🇺🇸🙏
