Referring to their latest addition, the star added:"He's also Chicago's twin lol I'm sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."Kardashian West, who features in family reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, has two other children with her 41-year-old rapper partner - five-year-old daughter North, and son Saint, who is three.
The star opted to use surrogates for her two youngest children after she experienced complications during her first two pregnancies, leading to health concerns.
