I know nothing about genetics in sport but have first hand experience of what removing testosterone does due to cancer treatment. I’m guessing her natural ability will be removed and she’ll no longer be an athlete.
This is bullshit. Athletics is about natural physical prowess and determination, not making everything fair.
Is this not a bit like telling tall basketball players to take medication because their natural height gives them an unfair advantage? And have the health impacts for Caster been considered in asking her to take these drugs?
If the standard is '99% of women' they're going have to start banning the ultra tall, ultra short, and ultra muscular athletes. Basically Olympic athletes are the 1% not the 99% so they should all be banned and Bob from down at the end of the bar should be competing.

This is an absolute joke, athletics should be about natural ability. You will find natural genetic or physical advantages in 99% of track and field legends whether it’s in lung capacity, Achilles’ tendons, bone density etc. This ruling stinks and sets a dangerous precedent

This ruling goes way beyond caster800m as an athlete. It brings focus to the issue of diversity in positions of power, incl. the IAAF and the CAS. It is the same system that imprisons poor black boys for 5g-weed possession, but will give probation to white sex offenders.

She cannot compete because her testosterone levels are naturally higher than those of most female humans. By that logic, women who are taller than most other women should not be allowed to compete in basketball.
