A British study shows that corpulent commuters who cycle to work are far less likely to die prematurely than slim people who rely on the car.It found that overall, obese commuters who travelled to work by car had the highest likelihood of early death, with a 32 per cent raised chance of mortality compared to cyclists or walkers of normal weight.
Oh, for pity's sake - this is just common sense. We all need some rest, some physical activity and some sleep. And a sensible diet. If weight goes up, eat less and move more.
