In a heartwarming display of dedication and compassion, David and Lynn Ashley, a beloved couple in their seventies, have been lighting up the halls of St. David

David, Lynn and their four-legged friends visit staff members at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center through the nonprofit, Therapy Pet Pals.

For Lynn and David, who have been married for over 50 years, these visits with their four-legged friends have become the highlight of their day. "The smiles, we see smiles all the time," Lynn remarked, describing the joy they witness in the hospital corridors. Their impact is profound, touching thousands of lives. Even one-year-old Mycroft, one of their dogs, has made a significant difference. "In the first quarter, he saw almost 3000 people here," Lynn shared proudly.

Recently, their therapy dogs spent time with nurses Jessica, Miranda, and Mary at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, offering much-needed respite. Nurse Miranda expressed, "Our staff really deal with impossible situations every day... feeling like I did what I could then I saw a dog."
