She recently disclosed her own weight loss strategy, emphasising she didn't have to forsake the foods she enjoys. Instead, she adopted a more sensible approach to getting fit. Isabelle expressed on Instagram: "First, I want to say there's NOTHING wrong with the before. This was me after bulking last year, and I put years of hard work to get to the 'before'. I am freakin' proud of that!
