Two Temple teens died after being involved in a three-vehicle crash in Gonzales. On June 29, Taylour Maddison Pechal, 18, and Krisna Soto, 18, were driving northbound in a gray Ford Escape around 8:30 p.m. when the vehicle veered into southbound traffic, a Waco TV station reported. The KWTX-TV report said a police investigation revealed that Pechal struck the rear driver’s side of a white Mazda CX5.
San Antonio man was paralyzed in a shootout with police. Now, he’s going to prison. The driver and passenger in the Dodge Ram were taken to the local hospital in Gonzales, where they were treated and released.
