As a out of province (and out of country) resident, she would not be eligible for 'free' healthcare. Without insurance issued in her country, her family would be given a large bill for her treatments once complete. Exact same as US. Please do not lie to your readers.

American audiences got the previous four times the Simpsons went to Canada.
