The free download features the latest breaking news and exclusive stories, and allows you to customise your page to the sections that matter most to you.Chris Deighan, Medical Director for NHS Lanarkshire, said: “Our Summer Health Hub is a valuable resource for residents to ensure they stay healthy and safe during the warmer months.

Common conditions such as small cuts, bites, sprains, and pain can often be treated at home with over-the-counter medications like paracetamol, ibuprofen, and antiseptic cream.
