Currently, half of the country's children lack access to healthcare, and nearly 40% suffer from chronic malnutrition. Many also face inadequate access to clean water, sanitation, and nutritious food. More than a million people, including children, have fled their homes in the volatile Central Africa Republic to Cameroon. Not all have given up hope.
