Molly Mae and Kelsey Parker are among the celebs who paid tribute on social media to five-year-old Dillan Ramsey, who passed away peacefully on Sunday, 30 June.
Announcing his tragic passing on Instagram, Amy, from Manchester, wrote: "Dillan passed away today at 6.15 pm, he wasn’t in pain, and was still talking & making us laugh until he took his last breath. You are not in pain anymore Dilly, my gorgeous boy." Kelsey Parker also penned an emotional tribute adding: "Dilly, you are one incredible little boy. My heart breaks for you all. Amy, you are the most incredible mum. You went to the ends of the earth for Dilly, and he knows that. There was no stone unturned. He was so loved by you, and that is where he found the strength every day to fight."
It comes as England footballer John Stones dedicated the Three Lions' win over Slovakia to Dillan, calling him a "special little boy."
