Iceland has issued a recall on a rice product that could pose ‘serious health risks’ Supermarket Iceland has issued a recall on one of its products, with customers urged ‘do not eat’. Iceland 4 Golden Savoury Rice Steam Bags could cause ‘serious health risks’ due to undeclared allergens, according to the retailer. It is asking anyone who have bought the rice bags to return them for a full refund.

’ The risks apply to the 600g bags of Iceland 4 Golden Savoury Rice Steam Bags with a best-before date of November 16 2025. In their statement, the FSA advised: ‘If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Instead, return it to any Iceland store for a full refund. Some Iceland 4 Golden Savoury Rice Steam Bags 600g could contain allergens not listed on the packaging ‘For more information contact Iceland Customer Services on 0800 328 0800 .
