Biden sounded hoarse and raspy throughout the night, reigniting concerns about his fitness for office.

When pressed by Cooper, Harris continued to sidestep the issue, pointing to Biden's record in the White House as the most important fact for voters. What they are talking about is they are attempting to— as they are want to do, especially Donald Trump— create fear based on fiction,” Harris said.
