Emma Louise Jones has announced she'll be stepping back from her presenting roles due to health concerns.

Taking to X, she shared: "My health hasn't been in a great place for quite some time now and I've spent more time in hospital than my own home." She continued, "I'm taking time away from work/life to focus on getting back to full strength. Others expressed their encouragement, saying: "Get well soon.. Come back refreshed and recharged!" and: "Hope you're ok Emma and back to full fitness soon." Sports broadcasting legend Jeff Stelling also offered his support, reaching out: "Sorry to hear that. Hope things improve soon." During their intense session in the cage, Frimpong showed the pundit how to execute a perfect triangle choke. Despite the successful move, Jones was quick to downplay any future in mixed martial arts following the experience. Sharing the clip on Instagram, she humorously remarked: "I'm not sure I'll ever be an MMA fighter after this training session."
