PETALING JAYA: The Finance Ministry has approved 100,000 applications for the monthly RM200 Budi Madani cash assistance under the diesel subsidy rationalisation as of Wednesday.
In a statement issued by the Finance Ministry on Wednesday , Amir Hamzah said that as of June 10, 30,000 applicants have received their payments, followed by another 46,000 on June 19.“Those who are eligible will get their RM200 assistance monthly through their bank accounts or may get their cash from Bank Simpanan Nasional.
“The RM200 monthly cash assistance is to help with the extra expenditure of more than 80% of eligible diesel vehicle owners.
