The former CEO of a local mental health facility has been arrested and charged with continuous sex abuse of a child. SAN ANTONIO - The former CEO of a local mental health facility, Laurel Ridge, has been arrested and charged with continuous sex abuse of a child.
According to court documents, Jacob Cueller, 45, has been arrested and charged with continuous sex abuse of a child under the age of 14. The offense date is listed as May 2022.Cueller was being held on a $75,000 bond, which has since been posted per the conditions that he does not possess firearms and cannot be in contact with anyone under the age of 17.
"Mr. Cuellar voluntarily resigned and immediately left his position at Laurel Ridge Treatment Center three weeks ago. Based upon the information we have, this is not related in any manner to Laurel Ridge Treatment Center and we are not aware of any allegations of improper conduct by Mr. Cuellar with any patients at Laurel Ridge Treatment Center," said Terry Buford, Director of Business Development and Marketing at Laurel Ridge Treatment Center.
