Kate Middleton revealed she'll continue chemotherapy treatments for a few more months as she's 'not out of the woods yet.' The Princess of Wales gave an update on her health in a social media post shared Friday. Middleton also plans to attend King Charles' birthday parade on June 15, marking her first public appearance since she announced her cancer diagnosis.
Middleton first announced her cancer diagnosis in March. She explained in a video that she had begun preventative chemotherapy treatment after a planned abdominal surgery showed 'cancer had been present.' Kate did not elaborate on the form or extent of the cancer at the time. The Princess of Wales explained that after her abdominal surgery, it was believed her condition was 'non-cancerous.' However, further testing showed 'cancer had been present.
Kate's return to the public eye coincides with Trooping the Colour – a yearly celebration of the British sovereign's birthday. The royal family will participate in a military march from Buckingham Palace to Horse Guard's Parade for the celebration. CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP
