The suspect was uninjured, but was transported to the hospital due to a suspected alcohol concentration 'above the level that requires medical care,' TPD posted on social media.

According to the interim complaint obtained by KGUN, the suspect, Eric Stump, had a blood alcohol content level of .381.

An officer first administered field sobriety tests, but stopped them,"for Eric's safety when he had great difficulty walking to the sidewalk" the complaint said.
