Ex-Love Islander Shaughna Phillips has revealed she rushed her 14-month-old child to hospital this weekend. Shaughna took her daughter, Lucia, to urgent care after fearing she had an infection following a cut to her finger.
"She was such a little angel for the nurse and got the all clear for infection Just gotta keep an eye on it and continue to bathe it in salt water. She's not fell asleep on me forever and I'm loving every second." Shaughna rose to fame on season six of Love Island where she was 'dumped' from the villa on Day 33. After leaving the show, Shaughna met Lucia's father, Billy Webb - who was sentenced to 9 years in prison back in January 2023.
“Although it’s the last place on earth I’d hope to take a baby, I just felt like I owed it to her. Billy’s obviously missed out on a lot in her life due to his actions but I was never going to stand in the way of him being a dad.”
