Queen Camilla has offered an update on her husband the King’s health as he received cancer treatment just hours before delivering his 8-minute D-Day speech.

Queen Camilla has previously given a similar insight into the King’s recovery process when she told guests at a garden party last month the monarch would be “getting better” so long as he “behaved himself”.
