A major search and rescue operation is ongoing for the TV doctor and diet guru who has been missing since Wednesday after he went for a walk on the Greek island of Symi

In a new development, CCTV footage suggests that TV doctor Michael Mosley made it across the coastal path into the neighbouring town.

A second image, exclusively shared with The Mirror, was captured on surveillance cameras outside the Blue Corner Cafe on Pedi Beach. It depicts Dr Mosley shielding himself from the sun with an umbrella as he walks past. The search focus remains between Agios Nikolaos - where Mosely presumably embarked on his walk from, and Symi - the main town on the island. Authorities have also speculated whether he may have left the island altogether, but discovered no evidence that anyone has travelled under his name.

Following this, he has launched the Fast 800 diet, directed at rapid weight loss, and has produced several films concerning diet and fitness.
