Mike Tyson gives health update after Jake Paul fight is postponed

Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul was due to take place on 20 July Mike Tyson and Jake Paul have both released statements after their much-anticipated fight was postponed due to the boxing legend’s ‘medical emergency’. Late on Friday night, Netflix announced that the bout between the former heavyweight champion and the social media star would be delayed from it’s original 20 July date. It comes after Tyson suffered an ulcer flare up last weekend while boarding a plane to Los Angeles.

’ Much has been made of the age gap between Tyson, 57, and Paul, 27 Most Valuable Promotions themselves said: ‘During a follow up consultation on Thursday with medical professionals on his recent ulcer flare up, the recommendation is for Mike Tyson to do minimal to light training over the next few weeks and then return to full training with no limitations.
