YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat have now overtaken Facebook as the most popular social media networks, the study found. During the interview, Ocasio-Cortez pointed to negative health consequences as a reason to scale back on social platforms.

I quit facebook 5 years ago. It is a disease . No Instagram , no Snapchat . I've purged over 3/4 of stuff off my Twitter . Social Media along with realDonaldTrump are ruining this country and we as Americans need to revolutionize ! Congress and Senate are a joke as well !
