Labor leader Bill Shorten has lauded his party's signature $2.3 billion plan to reduce the cost of cancer treatment as he addressed party faithful in the critical Sydney seat of Reid.
Speaking with party faithful in the Sydney suburb of Burwood, Mr Shorten also promised to allocate $50 million in funding to upgrade Concord hospital, as part of Labor's wider health plan.
