CORONATION Street fans "cried with happiness" as Sinead Tinker rung the hospital bell to celebrate she's cancer free after her gruelling treatment.
But she managed to have chemotherapy and radiotherapy after having an emergency c-section and giving birth to baby Bertie early. She has since finished her final round of treatment, which is called Brachytherpy. She said: "I ring this bell for all to hear, how strong I've been despite the fear. I thank those for their support along the way, My treatment's over, now cancer - please stay away."Relieved fans said: "Sinead ringing that bell made me cry with happiness #corrie."Someone else said: "I am crying at Sinead ringing that bell #Corrie @KatiexMcGlynn."
Another added: "Someone needs to get Sinead to see a scientist...broken neck a couple of years ago....likely paralysed for life, recovered!....advanced stage cancer, likely to die, especially as she didn't have treatment for 8 month....survived....come on #Corrie far fetched even by soap laws."
