Our fabulous event took place in the beautiful Galmont Hotel & Spa, and featured wellness and health chats from a range of exciting speakers, and a gorgeous sound healing session.

First, the amazing Síle Seoige was on hand to discuss her personal wellness journey and answer any questions guests might have had. Counselling psychologist Dr Suzanne McClean recommended the best ways to mind your mind, and Sound Magic Ireland’s Kasia Slabon led a transformative sound healing session. Just gorgeous.

Guests left the event with a fabulous goodie bag full of Aveeno products , and goodies from Dr PawPaw, Penneys, and Cleanmarine. They were only spoiled!
