If you’re looking for a therapist, Dr. Duckworth recommends checking websites like Psychology Today and Zencare which he said are great for research.
If you’re having trouble finding or affording a therapist, you could call the psychology department at any nearby university or visit a community mental health center. Another option is calling your health insurance provider.
