The beauty who graced the pages of leading glossies like Vogue and Vanity Fair, has sadly died at age 28 after being diagnosed with a rare form of cancer.

In a moving statement following her death, they said "She was determined and strong and had such grace in navigating the most difficult year of her life with such acceptance, optimism and vulnerability." Chadwick Models also paid heartfelt tribute to the late 28 year old beauty in a poignant post, reports the Mirror.
