The MLSCN Registrar, Erhabor, represented by Dr. Akinwale Akinlabi, urged the inductees to embrace diligence, innovation and selflessness, charging them to contribute their quota towards the transformation of the health sector. With a focus on deepening the content of Nigerian movie industry, Nollywood, video-sharing platform, YouTube has trained filmmakers in Nigeria. The training also focuses on training the filmmakers on the business of YouTube

The 2024 edition of the Nollywoodweek Film Festival, the 11th edition so far, opened in Paris closed on May 5. The festival, which aims to raise the profile of Nigerian cinema and African cinema in general opened on May 3.
