Also, the Chairman of the Local Organising Committee of the conference, Prof. Elizabeth Oloruntoba, said that the essence of the conference underscores a universal truth. She said that under the terms of the agreement, USAID and the DFC would collaborate with FCMB to facilitate $10 million in loans.
