TV presenter Sarah Cawood in cancer return fear - 'I don't want my life to end'

In an emotional reveal, TV personality Sarah Cawood has shared her fears that her cancer may have made a comeback with a tear-jerking video.

She took to Instagram with a raw video where she's seen crying next to her 12 year old son, who was sleeping next to her. Clad in her PJs and dabbing at her tears, Sarah spoke about an upcoming appointment, trying to stay hopeful that there's no cause for alarm. In her heartfelt message, Sarah confessed she's "happier than she has ever been" yet acknowledges the "shadow" of cancer "never really leaves you".
