HEALTH Secretary Teodoro Herbosa has conducted a coordination meeting with officials of the Food and Drug Administration and Professional Regulation Commission following the Senate hearing on the alleged multilevel marketing scheme involving Bell-Kenz Pharma Inc., and some doctors.
Sevilla explained that since what is involved is a multilevel marketing scheme, meaning, “quite a number of people will be involved,” they have to determine carefully what violations have been committed. She declined to disclose to the media, adding that any revelations must be cleared with the “other legal teams of each depatment.”
