Law enforcement and first responders in Austin are teaming up with state and federal agencies for a program aimed at bomb prevention.

The woman claims her apartment complex violated Texas law by not fixing her sliding glass door, which led to her assault."I had talked to my property manager several times, telling them about the issue with my door and nothing was done about it," the woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, said."If they had come to fix the door, I honestly think that I probably wouldn't have been in that position," she said.

"I started screaming at him, 'Who the are you?' That's literally the only thing that I could say. And I just kept repeating it over and over and over again," she said. "I feel like this was your responsibility and you didn't do your job, and you have to be held accountable for that," she said.
